The Fair Play Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction in the 30th Judicial Circuit of Polk County. Fair Play Municipal Court handles cases where an individual is accused of violating a Fair Play Municipal ordinance. The Fair Play Municipal Court handles cases such as:
